Found Spaces Realty Group (“we”,“us”) helps buyers, sellers, and investors make smarter real estate moves across Hamilton, Burlington, and Niagara. We operate under Real Broker Ontario Ltd. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What information we collect
We collect information you give us directly through the forms on this site. The type of information depends on what you ask us to help with:

We may also receive limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your approximate region, the pages you view, and the device and browser you use. See the Cookies & tracking section.
How we use it
- Reply to your inquiry or request and follow up with you.
- Prepare a home valuation or property report based on the address and details you share.
- Send you the guide, playbook, or report you requested and follow up about it.
- Contact you about real estate opportunities, recruiting, or events that match your interests.
- Send occasional email marketing where you have agreed to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time (see Email marketing).
- Run and improve the site, understand what is working, and keep our records accurate.
How we store it
The information you submit is stored in our cloud database, which we use to run the site and our services. We keep that data only as long as we need it for the relationship or request you started.
When you contact us through an agent referral link, your lead is attributed to that agent and may be synced to our team portal (team.foundspacesrealty.ca) so the right person can follow up with you.
Email marketing
If you agree to receive marketing emails, we may add you to our mailing list to share relevant opportunities, market updates, and events. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, so you can opt out at any time. We do not sell or rent our email lists.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and to follow up on your request. After that, we retain it only as long as needed for record-keeping or as required by law, then delete it or de-identify it.
Your rights & choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or correct it.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal or record-keeping obligations.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or on our unsubscribe page.

Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date below and post the updated version on this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
